Women Empowerment and Creativity initiative of Nigeria (WECON) is a Non-governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to capacity building, training, Empowerment, Exhibition and airing for the vulnerable in Nigeria.
WECON consist of vibrant group of creative, talented women and youths specialized in various field such as “Fashion, Art, Craft, Entertainment, Information and communication technology (ICT)” in the field of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) through the use of Human /Natural resources and management of waste in creative arts to create wealth thereby creating employment opportunities and improving economic growth for national Development.
The program is to train the target audience (trainees), empower them with a startup package in form of cash donation, machineries or seedling for the farmers and exhibition/sale of existing products produced by the members for sustainable leaving.
